Envisioning – Create your vision for your life

Who are you and what do you really want? When you contemplate these questions, what springs to mind? Do you know what is important to you - what your values are – what your beliefs are about your life? Why do you get out of bed in the morning? And what is the first thing you say to yourself when you do? How positive are you? Do you feel stressed every time you think about today or this week?

The way in which you think about your life affects every aspect and impacts on your relationships with other people. If you are feeling unhappy, stressed, under pressure or unwell, it is time to consider how to create a more meaningful, fulfilling life. 

The Envisioning program has been designed to help you create a fulfilling vision for your future. To ‘envision’ literally means to form a mental picture or roadmap that may occur or be possible in the future allowing clarity of purpose and a clear direction to emerge for the individual.

The Envisioning program uses a coaching model based on powerful questioning and experiential techniques allowing you to source your own answers by addressing your whole brain intelligence.

What is involved?

4 x 90 minute sessions face to face/online with follow up, including:

A detailed questionnaire designed to elicit your core beliefs, values, aspirations, strengths and unique abilities to be completed and analysed prior to the first session. Sessions can be held face to face or by Skype.

Session 1: Coaching session: What is your greatest accomplishment to be?

Session 2: Coaching session: Building your vision – part 1

Session 3: Coaching session: Building your vision – part 2

Session 4: Follow up and action plan to create your vision

You will benefit by having:

• Learn strategies to change negative thinking patterns

Program Cost:

Payment for four sessions including initial questionnaire - 50% payment in advance of sessions - 50% at mid point in sessions.

$900.00 + GST

Terms & Conditions                                                         

1. The Envisioning program will be delivered over a period of dates to be agreed
2. Cancellations made up to seven days prior an agreed coaching session will be rescheduled.  Cancellations within one day prior an coaching session will not be re-imbursed.
3. 50% of the program fee balance to be paid seven days of booking to secure dates.
4. The remaining 50% of program fee to be paid within seven days of completion of program. 
5. Payment to be made by direct deposit to nominated bank account.
6. The programs intellectual property is owned by Jane Mara
